  1. Check all fluid levels (coolant, oil, transmission fluid)
  2. Check zinc pencil (in heat exchanger)
  3. Check cleanliness of air filter
  4. Check raw water pump for leaks
  5. Check fresh water pump for leaks
  6. Check and/or adjust belt tension
  7. Check water level of all batteries, top off w/distilled water
  8. Check battery terminals and cables
  9. Check & clean sea strainer
  10. Check primary fuel filter for water
  11. Check all hoses and lines (especially for chafe)
  12. Check all nuts, bolts, fittings & clamps
  13. Check engine mounts and bolts
  14. Check shift & throttle cable connections
  15. Check engine wiring connections
  16. Check anti siphon valves
  17. Test run engine (check volt meter)
  18. Check exhaust water flow
  19. Check all gauges for operation
  20. Adjust shaft log and/or re-pack
